Staff on the Road is a web-based system that can be accessed by PC or via an Android App for tablet or mobile phone. Its primary purpose is to streamline operations where service staff are out of the office.

Using the Staff on the Road system and App:

Allows all staff to be listed with associated skills, accreditations, qualifications, availability, holidays and other absences
Lets you enter multiple client locations.
Provides a calendar facility where staff allocated can be shown
Staff receive email and/or text notification of jobs for the week ahead
Offers a range of facilities when entering a job including:
- Staff selection
- Distance to location (and hotel suggestions if far from staff’s base)
- Identify if a risk assessment will be required
- Repeat appointments
Hours (and details of work) on specific assignments can entered and shared with your accounts department. This allows immediate invoicing and hours logged against staff timesheets
Client sign off work on phone or tablet screen (using a stylus)

The efficiency the system creates means it is highly cost effective. The initial set up fee is £500, then £250 per annum in advance. A monthly fee of £10 per user will be invoiced six monthly in advance.
